How does this work?
Step 1: Fit Check
We’ll discuss where you are with your business and where you want to go. I use that information to determine if we’re the right fit to partner together.
Step 2: Options
If we’re a good fit, I’ll provide you with 3 directions we could take your new ecommerce site. Take your time reviewing, then let me know your decision.
Step 3: 1 Hour Discovery Call
This is where we get the details completely hashed out. You and I will talk through what you currently have, your goals, and what I need to get started. You’ll leave this meeting knowing exactly what your new site will do for you and when you can expect to launch.
Step 4: Design
Once I have everything related to your branding (logos, colors, vibes), I’ll provide you with 3 sketches. They won’t be pixel perfect, but you’ll see the different ways we can approach building your new site.
Step 5: Building and Revision
Building the website itself will take a couple weeks. You’ll get a weekly report to see exactly what pages (or what administrative work) was completed. Each time, you’ll get a chance to ask for revisions.
Step 6: Testing
This is our chance before launch to fix any last minute issues. We’ll work down the list of features to guarantee that every bit of the website works. No rough patches for you or your customers.
Step 7: Handoff and Launch
When the site is completed and ready to go, I’ll provide you with everything you need to launch the site. You’ll receive guided video
tutorials and documentation to make sure you have the confidence to master your new site, just like you mastered Etsy.
